About Wick Professional Services
Wick Professional Services is an IT firm serving the New York City metro area, built around one idea: technology should be invisible. You shouldn't think about your network, your backups, or your security. The moment technology demands your attention, something has gone wrong.
About Wick Professional Services
Credentials
Every engagement is backed by verified CompTIA certification across security, cloud, infrastructure, and operations — Security+, Network+, Cloud+, Server+, and A+, plus stackable credentials in secure cloud, cloud administration, secure infrastructure, IT operations, and network infrastructure.
Stackable certifications are issued only when every component certification is held and current. We tell you what we can do because we've proven we can do it.
How We Work
You get a direct line, not a ticket number. We respond the same business day, and faster when systems are down.
We tell you the truth about what you need. If the upgrade isn't necessary, we say so. If it is, we show you why and when and how.
We finish what we start. No half-deployments, no "it's mostly working." It works, or we're not done.
Who We Serve
Law firms, medical practices, and businesses across seventeen industries in the NYC metro area — on-site or remote, whichever resolves the breakdown faster.
